The Dip Network is a Montreal-based creative house in the electronic music space. The group operates with five core departments – management, media, label, publishing and production. Dip Artist Management is a boutique agency representing a number of exciting clients across the musical spectrum, including the likes of Atish, Kora, and John Monkman. The artist management wing specialises in breaking acts at both ends of the transatlantic highway. Built on a Montreal – Dublin axis, the team possesses a distinct knowledge and network that enables the breaking down of doors in European and North American markets.

The media division of the Dip Network is centered around the online publication When We Dip – a global tastemaker in the electronic music space. Its commitment to the scene has been recognised by the likes of The Guardian, The Hype Machine, Style Of Sound & many more. The current audience counts over 200,000 followers. With writers contributing from across the globe, the platform keeps readers satisfied with the best in new music, events and culture.

XYZ, the in-house record label, provides a platform to support exemplary artists that are contributing thoughtful, quality music to the electronic scene. Launched in November 2018 with the debut EP from Dutch artist Budakid, the imprint has gone on to release music from promising talents such as Hosini and Mark Alow, as well as a host of established names like Pablo Bolivar, Daniel Bortz, TÂCHES and Ian O’Donovan.

Through the Dip Publishing initiative, the network provides artists with the capacity to maximise the financial return from their art. It offers the comprehensive collection of mechanical, performance and synchronization royalties, while also proactively engaging opportunities to pair music with film, tv and online content.
